Louise does much of her private practice work with chronic dieters with whom she frequently uses the non-diet approach with a focus on behaviour change to improve health outcomes. Louise is passionate in supporting people to reconnect with their body’s signals around hunger and satiety, practice mindful eating and trusting their intuition around food. Ultimately, assisting clients with healing their relationship with food and their body’s; and moving away from the toxic effect of diet culture.
